SSE have a service called, ‘Our SignVideo’ which allows you to talk securely about your gas, electricity, phone and broadband or Shield boiler cover using British Sign Language (BSL). A BSL interpreter will relay your call to SSE, allowing you to discuss anything relating to your account.

Complaining to SSE customer services and the SSE Contact Number
In the first instance you should call SSE. The SSE contact number is 0345 071 9710 which is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 2pm on Saturday. The advisor will try to deal with you problem during this call. If that does not happen your complaint will be handed to a manger who will try solve the problem by 8pm the next working day. If the problem is not resolved by the manager your complaint will be handed to the Head of Customer Service Team or will endeavour to resolve the situation within 5 working days.
