History:In November 2001, a group of active divers based in Britain who believe in promoting the "DIR holistic approach to diving" came together to found the first formal DIR club in the country. Divers came from the diving team/list and from the internet forum/list. As of December 1, 2001, Underwater Explorers - UK ( UE-UK ) was recognised by the as Club #1025. The Club has a dedicated list and held its first AGM in March 2002. |
Membership Fee:£10 per-annum in addition to SAA/BSAC/DAN or relevant other annual fees paid by the diver. Insured divers through agencies may join at only £10 while divers who want to crossover to the SAA may do so at SAA membership fees. Downloads in .pdf:Club Constitution ![]()
